Case Study: How we reduced crisis response times

A client that centrally coordinates the PR activities of a large number of independent campuses asked for a review of its crisis response procedures. GKP assessed the 12 most likely scenarios that each campus might face – ranging from a disappointing Ofsted result to a violent attack – and drafted template materials to make sure responses were proportionate, reassuring and didn’t make a bad situation worse. The activity has cut down crisis response times by as much as 50%.
